We approach the design and build of all our kitchens by creating a personal relationship; so our customers will enjoy the entire experience. From the first drawn idea to the final installation, our team will support your imagination and deliver results from the minute you walk through the door.
From the moment you arrive at our showroom you will be met with a warm smile and the offer of a barista coffee or you may prefer just a builders tea. Our team of professional designers are happy to show you around the showroom, tour the factory and discuss all of you requirements.
Our attention to details is paramount and once you are happy with the product we will then book you a free design consultation, this can be done in your home if the room is in place or in the showroom if we are to work off of a set of plans.
The consultation takes about an hour and a half and is basically putting together a wish list along with some Q and A to discussing requirements within the area which we are designing.
Once we have a clear indication of what is required in the design the designer then will start the design process, this can take between 7 to 10 working days depending on how many designs they are working on at any given time.
Once all the answers are in the design we will call you into the showroom to present to you your dream kitchen, this will involve visuals, materials, colour schemes and handles.
At the end of the presentation we will run through a nut a bolt breakdown of the costings so you can see where exactly every penny of the original budget is to be spent, page one shows the cabinetry which is part we actually manufacture and the fitting charge. Page two is a breakdown of appliances, handles, worktops and accessories that would have been discussed in the consultation. Page three collects the totals, giving you the net and gross price which by this point we have given you a glass of bubbly to help ease the pain.
Once we have the design perfected we will look at possible installation dates to suit you and then the production slot would be booked eight weeks in advance from the installation date, this allows us to deliver on time every time and complete in the designated time period allocated. In order to book the production slot we require a 25% deposit, upon receipt of this the slot is booked and a confirmation will come out to you.
Our installations team have been with us for more than 10 years so they know our furniture inside and out. They are rated 5 out of 5 stars on ALL installations. Our installations manager takes real pride in his work and until he is satisfied the job is not signed off.
Our aftercare is second to none, our guarantee is 20+ years on all furniture, should something need attention we will have a remedial fitter out to your home to rectify any issue.
